International Study Centre
The LJMU International Study Centre, based in the heart of Liverpool, provides international and EU students with the opportunity to progress to a number of honours degrees at the University.
After starting the International Foundation Year, you will receive a conditional offer of a degree place. The required progression grade will depend on the degree course you have chosen to study.

A taste of University life
International Study Centre programmes will introduce you to the style of teaching and learning that you will experience when you progress onto your LJMU degree. You will learn via oneto- one tutorials, small seminars and as part of larger lecture groups, helping you become familiar with the teaching methods you will experience on your degree and ensuring you have an even greater chance of succeeding when you progress.
Soon after starting your programme of study you will be encouraged to find out about your degree options. You will have the chance to meet tutors in the subjects that interest you and meet current students to learn from their experiences. Throughout your studies you will be supported by International Study Centre and LJMU staff to make the most of the learning and social opportunities in the University and Liverpool.
